Ed Orr didn’t just find his way into real estate – he was born into it. Before he even graduated from high school, Ed earned his real estate license. His path was set long before that. As the great-great-grandson of a Colorado Homesteader, Ed’s love of the land was passed from generation to generation. Taught by his grandfathers and father, he learned the value of hard work, the importance of his word, and the unbreakable bond of a handshake. They showed him how to become part of the land, not just work it – how to study it, steward it, and bring out its best.
With over 45 years of experience and the heart of a fourth-generation Colorado rancher, Ed knows the land in ways few can match. From production agriculture to water and mineral rights, from 1031 exchanges to large-scale community developments, Ed’s knowledge runs deep. He’s driven by a purpose as clear as the Colorado sky: to bring land to its fullest potential, ensuring it serves both people and the natural world around it.
"Here in the West, land isn't just a piece of property - it's a promise.

Sarah Woodland is a third-generation real estate broker raised in Weld County, Colorado. Growing up around land, development, and property investment gave her an early appreciation for both the business of real estate and the long-term value it can create for families and communities.
In 2001, Sarah moved to California to attend the University of San Diego, graduating in 2005 with degrees in Political Science and Business Administration. She began her real estate career shortly thereafter with Grubb & Ellis / BRE Commercial, where she gained early experience in the commercial side of the industry.
Over the years, Sarah has built a well-rounded background across multiple areas of real estate, including residential representation, investment opportunities, acreage properties, luxury homes, custom builder representation and residential development. She also brings a strong eye for staging, space planning, and design - skills that often help clients recognize the full potential of a property.
Sarah returned to Northern Colorado in 2016 and joined Orr Land Company, the brokerage her grandfather founded in 1968. Today, she works with a broad range of clients, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors and developers. Known for her high level of customer service and strong attention to detail, Sarah approaches each transaction with care and professionalism. Regardless of the transaction, her goal remains the same: help clients navigate important real estate decisions with clarity, confidence, and a long-term perspective.
Working regularly with both buyers and sellers gives Sarah a balanced understanding of the market and the motivations on each side of a transaction. That perspective allows her to guide negotiations strategically and position her clients for the best possible outcome.
Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and their son Weston, often at the family ranch in Granby. She and Ryan, a custom home builder, also share a passion for “fixers” and enjoy the art of restoring historic homes while preserving the character that makes them so special.
"Sarah was an absolute gem to work with! Her professionalism was on the highest level! From the start of the process, she laid out an impressive presentation of our home that made us proud when it went to market. From the staging advice, the professional photography, the printed brochures and online presence, to all of the paperwork and final closing, we were very impressed with her commitment to detail. She worked very hard and was always available when we needed something. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is entertaining selling their home! You won't be disappointed!!" - Matt N.

"Trinity is amazing. I have worked with many realtors both commercial and residential in the past and Trinity is by far the best. She is knowledgeable, professional, genuine and the hardest working realtor I have worked with. She went above and beyond what I expected.
